Kelly Rowland talked with Queen Latifah on her show 'The Queen Latifah Show' about her fiance proposing to her on Skype. One of the most touching things about this interview was when she said she got engaged to her best friend. Awwww. Ladies take notes. You have to be friends first. Kelly just seems like she's in such a happy place.
