GEORGE ZIMMERMAN WALKS......................

It is with great sadness that today I have to write about a young Black teenager's killer be acquitted of all charges. None of us will ever know what happened to Trayvon Martin on that night in Florida, but we know now that George Zimmerman is now free to feel that he can kill a human being, and walk away. Six female individuals decided that this man was not guilty, and not worthy of being charged for manslaughter, or second degree murder. This accquital was based on the fact that Zimmerman claimed him taking Trayvon's life had to do with protecting himself from bodily harm, even though he did follow him, and profile him as a suspect, who did not have a weapon. This post is really emotional because I think this decision this evening spoke volumes to how we view ourselves in America. My heart goes out to the family, and friends who have endured the pain of losing their son, family, and friend. Zimmerman walked away with little emotion, and slightly smiling once the decision was made.
