IS CHIP THROWING AN EPIC FAIL IF RIHANNA WAS LATE???

I do not tolerate lateness but would I attend a concert, and if the artist is late throw chips rudely? Ummm, probably not. Welp that's just what happened in Manchester when Rihanna was late to her tour stop. Ri, point blank people pay their money but nobody should be throwing stuff, we understand hon.
