IS DRAKE THE BAD GUY????

Although this is the biggest thing in urban news this week, I can't help but be annoyed and disappointed at the behavior of grown people as I write about to be informative not in a matter of importance. I can't pass blame on Drake or Chris Brown, but you are definitely painting a picture to the powers that be that you guys are a bunch of disorderly hooligans fighting over nonsense. Below is the latest reports on what may, or may not, have really went down that night. It seems as though Chris Brown is definitely passing the blame on Drake, when honestly I can't help but wonder; if both parties helped to escalate the situation.

"A witness told the Daily News that Chris Brown  started the bloody fracas at a Manhattan club that injured eight by hurling a bottle of booze at his rival, R&B singer Chris Brown.
And Brown’s lawyer says he gave the NYPD proof that Drake started the whole thing.
“Drake threw the bottle at Brown, but it missed him and hit his bodyguard,” Kenneth McCray told The News on Friday. “It looked like it was Drake that started throwing bottles.”
McCray, an aspiring director and musician who performs as K-Mac, said he was just a few feet away when Drake’s posse then began bombarding Brown and his crew with bottles at the SoHo nightspot.
“After Drake’s crew threw a few bottles the other side started returning bottles,” said McCray, 23, of the Bronx.
“It was crazy. Some of the bottles were already full. They were like bombs. People were running and screaming.”
K-Mac said he could also see Drake throwing punches.
“I saw Drake swinging,” he said. “But I couldn’t tell if he hit Brown or his bodyguard.”
McCray’s account echoed what Brown told cops about how he was attacked while partying with girlfriend Karrueche Tran and bodyguard Big Pat, the singer’s lawyer said.
“I turned over evidence that clearly demonstrates that it is Drake who instigated all of this,” high-powered lawyer Mark Geragos said. “I think it’s clear that the cops view Chris, Pat and Karrueche as victims.”
McCray said Brown was covered in blood and “in a rage” when he emerged from the club.
“It was like a switch flipped,” he said. Brown “began screaming at Drake, ‘You f—— b—-, you hit me with a bottle!’ ”
Brown needed “numerous” stitches to close the wound on his chin, Geragos said. His gal pal had a concussion and his bodyguard’s head wound required 18 stitches.
Drake’s rep insisted in a statement the hip-hop star “did not participate in any wrongdoing of any kind.” The rapper has not been questioned by police or charged with a crime."

There are many conflicting reports on whether Drake was in fact the one that through the bottle. Drake may have to turn himself in either next week or be arrested tonight but the reports are not clear. I listen to Drake almost every day, and I'm so disappointed that these artists are willing to take time away from creating music and engage in this nonsense. God bless them. I hope it all pans out. Happy Saturday!
