Is it offensive to say the Lord's name in vain when being funny? It looks like Jamie Foxx maybe paying for his comments about Barack Obama at "The Soul Train Awards". At this years Soul Train Awards Jamie stated the below concerning Obama:

Of course at the time, I'm sure people were chuckling but was it offensive?

I can't say that I didn't see this happening, but Nick Gordon; Whitney's adoptive son, and Bobbi Kristina have officially broken up. I knew this was a phase that Krissy was going through and eventually she would come to her senses, or just get over the whole being in love with anything after her mom's passing. HALLE'S EX GETS HIS BEHIND WHIPPED BY OLIVIER!

Dang who knew a baby daddy could be so much drama. Halle Berry is still at war with her ex boo, baby daddy. This is gettng so messy. According to TMZ:

Gabriel Aubry has obtained a restraining order against Halle Berry's fiance Olivier Martinez, who busted Gabriel's face during a brutal brawl on Thanksgiving ...According to Gabriel's declaration, filed by his lawyer Shawn Holley, the day before Thanksgiving, Gabriel took Nahla to her school play.  Halle and Olivier showed up and Olivier walked up to Gabriel and whispered in his ear in French, "I wish I could beat the s**t out of you right now. You're lucky we're in a school right now. We're going to take Nahla right now and you're not going to follow us."

The next day, Gabriel says he took Nahla to Halle's at around 10 AM.  He says in a completely unusual move, Olivier came out of the front door -- usually the nanny was the go-between.  Gabriel claims Olivier said, "We need to talk." Gabriel says he walked toward his car to close his door when Olivier jumped off the stairs and knocked Gabriel to the ground and started brutally beating him, screaming that Gabriel cost them $3 million to fight the custody war (Halle's failed move to take Nahla to Paris).

Gabriel says Olivier took his head in his hand and slammed it on the concrete driveway.

According to the declaration, as Olivier assaulted Gabriel he screamed that they were going to move to Paris and Gabriel had better move there too or Olivier would kill him.

Gabriel claims Olivier then said, "We called the cops," and that when they show up, "you're going to tell them that you're the one who attacked me, or I'm going to kill you."

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Gabriel made no mention of the alleged threats when he spoke to police immediately after the fight.

Gabriel alleges in his declaration that Halle lost her bid to get primary custody with the judge consistently siding with Gabriel for a 50/50 arrangement.

Gabriel's lawyer attached photos of his injuries which are brutal.

Sources on Halle's side claim it was Gabriel who flew off the handle and started the fight.

As TMZ first reported, an emergency protective order has already been issued against Gabriel -- requiring him to stay 100 yards away from Halle, Olivier, and Nahla.  We're told Halle's lawyers will go to court this week in an attempt to have the order extended.

 

Geesh poor little girl, grown men fighting. This has got to be rough for Halle and her daughter.

CAN CHADDIE AFFORD TO PAY UP???

Not like we didn't see this coming Bruh! Chad Johnson's check have stop rolling in so it would be fitting that he would be late paying for child support. According to TMZ:

Andrea Pearson -- who had a son with Chad back in 2010 -- just filed legal docs in Miami, claiming Chad has failed to pay his child support bill of $5,250 on October 15th ... and has consistently been late paying his previous bills.

Andrea claims she doesn't have the means to support the child as a result -- and wants the court to force Chad to pay up ASAP.

If he still fails to pay, Andrea wants the court to throw Chad in jail until he makes good on his child support agreement.

Chad's lawyer had no comment -- but sources close to Chad tell TMZ, he has always provided for his kid, including buying the mother a home.

A judge has yet to rule.

These chicks have no mercy I tell you. He isn't working hon! Might have to find another bank account to dip in. I don't understand why people hate using condemns. Stuff like this!!!

I'm sorry but Laura Govan is a creep for sitting down with Jackie Cristie's daughter last week on an episode of Basketball Wives: LA. Even though it was prompted by the daughter Chantal, it was so sad to watch Laura feed into that madness, and be disrespectful.. However days later after the show aired Chantel regretted the whole decision to air her mom's dirty laundry on television. Laura being the beast that she is totally used this opportunity to get even with Jackie but all of us are wondering why? I am wondering when the reunion is especially so Jackie can have her head. Totally out of line.

Peep the tweet that Jackie's daughter sent stating her regrets towards the entire decision to speak to Laura:

How fun!! Rihanna embarks on a seven day tour entitled "777" that will include seven days, seven countries with all journalists in tow. She did call me but I had to reschedule. lol. The whose, who of bloggers including Necole Bitchie herself was invited along for the ride. The first day will be in Mexico City.

Supposedly this idea was a "wouldn't it be cool if" that turned into a dream realized. After Mexico City, the tour will hit Toronto, Stockholm, Paris, Berlin, London and New York City.

LAURYN HILL HAS SHORT BUT SWEET REPLY TO WYCLEF'S ALLEGATIONS

We all know Wyclef is sorta looking for attention now, even though his talents and accomplishments should speak for themselves. Well maybe he didn't quite see it that way, because in the week of the release of his new book Wyclef took "Purpose: An Immigrants Story"the time to go in on his former band-mate for getting pregnant with her son Zion and accusing him of being the father when he wasn't. Wyclef claimed that he had a long affair with Lauryn Hill while he was married, and when she became pregnant was lead to believe the baby was in fact his. Now of course you would think anyone cheating on his wife, wouldn't have any malice because, after all they weren't claiming the side piece anyway. For Wyclef not so much.

Lauryn recently took the stage at a concert in Dallas, TX and addressed all of the “chatter” going around about her. Check out what she had to say below:

I mean more than anything I would assume as giving as Oprah is should would sure help her family.

Vernon Winfrey, 79, decided to break up with Barbara, his wife of 12 years recently  he says she almost cost him his barbershop business, and after telling Stedmon Oprah's long time invisible boyfriend about it, he told Oprah and she stepped in to handle the financial matters.

MISS KENYA BELL LANDS A RECORD DEAL!

All last season on Basketball Wives: Miami the women talked smack about Kenya Bell's talent. Kenya was a new reality star on the season who had dreams of becoming a singer. After much conflict, and ridicule by some of the ladies on the show Miss Kenya landed her a record deal. Kenya signed a deal with  Bungalo Records a label part of Interscope Records.  She had this to say of her deal:

“I am excited to work with Bungalo Records on this distribution deal and can’t wait for the world to hear my music. It has been a lifelong dream to record an album and share my passion of singing with the world.”

“I was floored [when Bungalo called me], I was like, ‘Really? Didn’t the basketball wives tell me I had no chance?’ It felt so good to me, obviously they believe that I have something, I have talent, and for me that’s just amazing. I was doubting everything I did before, and I’m learning to not doubt myself no matter what is said. I learned to listen to criticism and change it for the better, but I’m still going to believe in myself and believe I can make this thing happen. It was shocking when I first showed [my co-stars] the video and they were like ‘Eh, what is that??’ like it was the worst thing ever…I’m still writing my own music and working with Jazzy Faye and Young Money and I’m doing even better stuff than before. My co-stars just made me better.”

"Maia Campbell, best known for her role in the hit series "In The House," will seek help from Iyanla Vanzant in a forthcoming episode of "Iyanla, Fix My Life."Announced Saturday, the episode will cover Campbell's issues with substance abuse, following a viral video that showcased her in an unflattering state.

"Iyanla Vanzant heads to Los Angeles to support actress Maia Campbell, best known for her role as Tiffany on the sitcom In the House, starring LL Cool J. Through the years, Maia has struggled with addiction and was publicly humiliated when shocking videos of her hit the Internet," reports OWN.
Campbell is said to be in a better place now, recovering from a tough period of time, but will seek clarity when sitting down with Vanzant, who is known for being able to dissect what lies behind many an issue.

I haven't heard from the "The Game" since 50 Cent claimed to have ended his career. Well I might have been wrong, because supposedly "The Game" is still relevant musically and he is also kind of small bully in the Hip-Hop community. Novemeber 19, The Game might be showing us his softer side when he lands on our T.V screens with his fiance showing his cheating ways.

In preparation for his new reality show "Marrying The Game" he stopped by "The Breakfast Club 105.1 to talk about what he's been up to.
